π§ Ingredients (Serves 2):

4 slices artisan sourdough or brioche bread

4 slices aged cheddar cheese

4 slices creamy Havarti cheese (or substitute with Fontina or mozzarella)

2 tbsp Scorched Bonnet Sweet Heat Pepper Spread

2 tbsp unsalted butter (room temp)

Optional: 4 strips thick-cut bacon, cooked until crisp

Fresh thyme leaves (for garnish)
π³ Directions:

Preheat skillet or griddle over medium-low heat.

Butter the outside of each bread slice evenly.

Spread 1 tablespoon of Scorched Bonnet Sweet Heat Pepper Spread on the inside of 2 slices.

Layer cheeses evenly over the pepper spread (2 slices cheddar and 2 slices Havarti per sandwich).

Optional: Add 2 slices of crispy bacon per sandwich on top of the cheese.

Top with the remaining bread slices (buttered side out), pressing gently.

Place the sandwiches in the skillet. Cook 3β4 minutes per side, pressing slightly with a spatula, until the bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.

Remove from heat, let sit 1 minute, slice diagonally, and garnish with fresh thyme and an extra drizzle of pepper spread if desired.
