  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed

  • 1 egg yolk + splash of milk or cream (for egg wash)

  • Everything bagel seasoning

  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 2 oz goat cheese (or additional cream cheese), softened

  • Juice of Β½ lemon

  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce (optional)

  • Pinch of kosher salt

  • ΒΌ tsp ground black pepper

  • 1 green onion, finely chopped

  • 3 tbsp Scorched Bonnets Sweet Heat Pepper Spread

  • Optional garnish: green onion slices or dill fronds
