A perfect combo of sweet, salty, spicy, and creamy. These stuffed dates are easy to prepare but deliver gourmet flavor — especially when finished with a touch of Scorched Bonnets Sweet Heat Pepper Spread.
🛒 Ingredients:

24 Medjool dates, pitted

4 oz goat cheese (or cream cheese)

2–3 tbsp Scorched Bonnets Sweet Heat Pepper Spread

12 strips bacon, halved

Optional garnish: chopped chives or toasted pecans

🧊 Cold (No-Bake) Version:

Slice dates lengthwise and remove pits.

Fill each date with goat cheese using a small spoon or piping bag.

Top with a dollop (½ tsp) of Scorched Bonnets Sweet Heat Pepper Spread.

Optional: Wrap with prosciutto or serve as-is for a cold bite.

Garnish with chopped chives or crushed toasted pecans.
🔥 Warm Baked Version (Optional):

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Stuff dates with goat cheese.

Wrap each date with half a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
