A perfect combo of sweet, salty, spicy, and creamy. These stuffed dates are easy to prepare but deliver gourmet flavor — especially when finished with a touch of Scorched Bonnets Sweet Heat Pepper Spread.

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 24 Medjool dates, pitted

  • 4 oz goat cheese (or cream cheese)

  • 2–3 tbsp Scorched Bonnets Sweet Heat Pepper Spread

  • 12 strips bacon, halved

  • Optional garnish: chopped chives or toasted pecans

🧊 Cold (No-Bake) Version:

  1. Slice dates lengthwise and remove pits.

  2. Fill each date with goat cheese using a small spoon or piping bag.

  3. Top with a dollop (½ tsp) of Scorched Bonnets Sweet Heat Pepper Spread.

  4. Optional: Wrap with prosciutto or serve as-is for a cold bite.

  5. Garnish with chopped chives or crushed toasted pecans.

🔥 Warm Baked Version (Optional):

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Stuff dates with goat cheese.

  3. Wrap each date with half a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until bacon is crispy.

  5. Remove from oven, drizzle or brush with Scorched Bonnets Sweet Heat Pepper Spread while warm.
