Mexican Spice Hot Chocolate Martini

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz premium vodka
  • 1 oz chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz cinnamon-infused simple syrup
  • ½ oz Ancho Reyes liqueur (ancho chili liqueur)
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • ½ tsp Scorched Bonnets Sweet Heat Pepper Spread
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Crushed cinnamon graham crackers (for rimming)
  • Cinnamon stick and grated dark chocolate (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass, combine vodka, chocolate liqueur, cinnamon-infused simple syrup, Ancho Reyes liqueur, heavy cream, and Scorched Bonnets Sweet Heat Pepper Spread.
  2. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper if you want extra spice. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir well until chilled and fully combined.
  3. Rim a martini glass with crushed cinnamon graham crackers.
  4. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and grated dark chocolate.
