Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz premium vodka
- 1 oz chocolate liqueur
- 1 oz cinnamon-infused simple syrup
- ½ oz Ancho Reyes liqueur (ancho chili liqueur)
- 1 oz heavy cream
- ½ tsp Scorched Bonnets Sweet Heat Pepper Spread
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
- Crushed cinnamon graham crackers (for rimming)
- Cinnamon stick and grated dark chocolate (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, combine vodka, chocolate liqueur, cinnamon-infused simple syrup, Ancho Reyes liqueur, heavy cream, and Scorched Bonnets Sweet Heat Pepper Spread.
- Add a pinch of cayenne pepper if you want extra spice. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir well until chilled and fully combined.
- Rim a martini glass with crushed cinnamon graham crackers.
- Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and grated dark chocolate.
