Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we stand behind the quality of every jar we ship. Please read the policy below carefully.
1. No Returns on Food Products
Due to health, safety, and food regulations, we cannot accept returns on any food products once they have shipped. All sales are considered final unless your order arrives damaged or defective (see below).
2. Damaged or Broken Glass Containers
We take great care in packaging our products; however, glass containers can sometimes break during transit. If your order arrives with broken glass or a damaged container, please do the following within 48 hours of delivery:

Do not consume the product if the glass is broken or the seal has been compromised.

Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

Email us at info@scorchedbonnets.com with your order number and photos.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of the delivery date may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
3. Wrong or Missing Items
If you received the wrong item or your order is missing products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@scorchedbonnets.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will correct the error by sending the right item or issuing a refund.
4. Quality Issues
If you believe your product has a quality defect (e.g., unusual smell, appearance, or texture upon opening a properly sealed jar), please stop consuming the product and contact us immediately at info@scorchedbonnets.com. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been fulfilled and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@scorchedbonnets.com with your order number.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

We do not refund original shipping charges unless the error was on our part.
7. Non-Eligible Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

You dislike the taste, flavour, or texture of the product (we encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing).

The product was stored or handled improperly after delivery.

The claim is submitted more than 48 hours after the confirmed delivery date.

The product seal was intact and there is no evidence of damage or defect.
